Bastrop High RPH Eagles Foundation STEM Scholarship Recipient
The first Richard P. Hall Eagles Foundation Bastrop High School STEM $1,000 Scholarship was awarded to Ms. Tequilla D. Winston, first generation college student who aspires to be a pediatrician. Ms. Winston is now matriculating at Northwestern State University, majoring in Biology and humbly accepts the challenge the continue to soar in STEM.
