35 Attucks STEM GEMS were introduced to a nontraditional engineering career path. Jon Saxx who is a Manufacturing Engineer, formerly with Johnson and Johnson, turned Saxophone Designer, Entrepreneur and a renown musical artist hammered in an equation that will transform their lives and create purpose in their pursuit for greatness. Simply stated:

‘I AM AMAZING’ is their new affirmation and guiding light to achieving whatever they set out to conquer. the Musical Instrument Engineering Design Project challenged their minds and reinforced key steps to the design process. This workshop turned out to be in the Top 2 of the most impressionable workshops during this six week programming session.
